Fluid comfy ride suspension. This car has been a 2 year project after being found in bits behind a service station in Snug where it had been for many years. The mechanicals have all been done, with the original 1100 engine being rebuilt to a high performance engine (quicker than my old Cooper S Mark 2) by one of Tasmania's most respected Mini engine builders. The gear box was done at the same time.|The floor panhas been wire brushed and painted inside and out. Large single SU carbie, new extractors and exhaust make for a beautiful sounding car to match the looks with a navy blue/white body with white striping and 6inch powder coated rims. There car still has a couple of small things that you can tinker with and repair or leave, pass any test this little pocket rocket has done less than 1,000kms since being registered. Well worth a look! 1972 'Export Moke', (rare) is in good nick, no rust that I know of, Engine is fine, just had full service, recent major work (done by Brett Lovell in Woodbridge, Tas); replaced gearbox/diff with a Northern MiniParts (Melbourne specialists) workshop rebuild (4 spd synchro). Rebuilt clutch. Brakes all done including brake cylinders, Ball joints replaced & suspension serviced. Registered till 26/5/2012 Tyres all good, electrics all work, there is a manual and an electric fuel pump, I think the electric pump is disconnected, its there if desired). There is a new but never fitted Moke Canopy and frame. (also an older used canopy) Waterproof lockable toolbox in back (bolted down) The Moke was fitted with Hydrogen booster for 10% fuel economy and more power, but this has been removed (can come with the car and be refitted, the electrics for it are still installed). Note: Mileage is in miles, not Km's.

For Sale is my 1977 Leyland mini (Runt) She has a 998cc engine with 1 1/2 inch Carby, extractors and straight through 1 3/4 inch exhaust. performs as well as a standard 1100. The motor had a full rebuild in 2009 Just before Minifest. The interior is good with new carpet and mats, the seats and roof lining are original and are on good condition. The door cards are also in good condition. It was resprayed in may 2010 and had tint put on the windows and new front and rear window rubbers earlier this year. It comes with a few new interior pieces that need to be fitted and two new door cards that need to be covered. I love this car and want to see it go to a good home, not to someone that will leave it outside and let it rust. I have all the receipts and photos from the build also. It would be lucky to have done 700km since the rebuild.
